This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel in the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Incredibly wonderful hotel and great location. Undoubtedly advise Hotel Terme Helvetia!
